Our beers
We take pride in our brewing, with our Head Brewer, Chris, taking great care and deliberation to design and deliver the best beers possible. We have a strong British angle on our beers, but that doesn't stop us producing other styles. You'll find amongst our range an amazing NEIPA and Australian style pale ale and a sensational Saison designed by our Head of Bar for his TAFE Cert III in Brewing.
Not all these beers are on at any one time - we rotate the beers around, but come in and check out what's on tap today!

NEIPA
This is our most popular beer. A very highly rated version of the style that appeared in New England around 2003, this NEIPA is packed with Citra and Azacca hops. Crafted carefully and using a very select yeast, this is a fresh, easy drinking beer.

English Pale Ale
Similar to a Timothy Taylor's Landlord in colour and backbone, this is a fantastic representation of an English style. Brewed with English style grains and finished with Fuggles and East Kent Goldings, you can close your eyes and be transported back to an English pub.
Brewed for the British and Irish Lions Tour - this English style beer will be available throughout the series

Granola Hazy Pale
Unashamedly different, this beer is loved by many... but not all. With a high does of wheat it pulls in wheat beer overtones, before the heritage rye produces a dry, almost spicy finish. Try it - if you are on of the people who love it then it is all you will drink all night

Irish Red Ale
A classic Irish Red. This version is a little hoppier than some, but still falls clasically within the Irish Red profile. Loaded with local honey this beer will just get better as winter rolls on

Scottish Wee Heavy
Not a beer commonly brewed in Australia, this is a stong, caramelised beast of a beer. A classic Scottish style, similar to an 80/-. Our version carries a middle range caramalisation and a small incluson of smoked grain in reference to the great peated whiskey's of Scotland.

Welsh Ale
I have memories of drinking pints of Double Dragon from the Felinfoel brewery out of a keg on the back of a pickup in Twickenham car park. This lightly hopped, malty beer is aiming to reproduce some of the style of the beer brewed in the valleys of South Wales. We sourced Bramling and Whitbread hops to ensure we were hitting the right flavours for this beer.

Don't mistake us for 'just another brewery cocktail' - we make the best cocktails you will ever have drunk in a brewery. Our bar staff have mostly run cocktail bars. Our drinks are designed by our Head of Bar and Venue, an experienced cocktail waiter and manager of cocktail bars. So come in and give them a go, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
We have a range of house specials, but can also produce most of the classics. If none of these quite take your fancy, then talk to our bar staff - chances are that they will conjure something unique up just for you.
Food
We always have food options for you, either through local restaurant partners or on site food trucks at the weekend.
During the week order Pizza from Slice of Italy on the bar codes at your table and they will appear at your table, piping hot in next to no time. Better still, come in on Tuesday and get them for $20!
At the weekend we have a carefully selected rotation of food trucks. We love our partner food trucks and we are sure you will too. We have tacos, pizza, Malaysian street food, fried chicken, and Filipino street food. Check out instagram to see who is here next weekend!
